HEG Fitness Systems, a division of Health Engineering Group, was founded to develop global fitness networks that provide a new paradigm (webster's dictionary - pattern, model, leading by example) to the health & fitness markets, backed by hard science. Our goal is to bridge the gap between science, medicine, and fitness. We are pioneering the concept of "medical/fitness" coined by our CEO Paul Grymkowski. Historically the fitness market was completely segregated from the medical industry. The Wellness Revolution will merge fitness & wellness into one model, addressing total health, vitality, and optimum functional performance, hence the Medical/Fitness Model.
