What is Not Covered

You will need to continue your medical care with your medical providers. Example if you develop a cold or any emergency you need to call your primary care provider or call 911. Acute problems need to be managed by your primary care physician. However we are available to answer any questions you might have during your treatment and to work with your primary care physician..

If our doctors determine that you might need additional tests based on your current clinical picture, then it is the responsibility of the patient to cover the costs.

Most of our facility do not accept insurance, nor perform paperwork for medical insurances such as superbills.

Is the Premier Wellness Screening covered by my insurance?
The vast majority of insurance companies do not pay for even a very basic annual Wellness Screening exam. How long does the Premier Wellness Screening take?
HEG's Premier Wellness Screening is performed in three parts.
Part 1: Wellness Screening Examination & Medical Consultation (3-5 hours)
Part 2: Imaging tests (1-3 hours)*
Part 3: Concluding Wellness & Lifestyle Consultation, review of exam results, . (1-3 hours)
*Performed at our sister VIP imaging facility. Does not need to occur on same day as HEG Premier Wellness Screening examination.

How soon will I get my results?
Your Wellness Screening exam results are reviewed by you and your physician at your concluding consultation. Since blood work often takes a few days to be processed, this consultation usually occurs 2-4 days after your Wellness Screening examination.

How many patients does each physician have?
HEG practitioners are limited to patient base in the mid hundreds. This contrasts with as many as 4,000 in a traditional physician's office. Our patient limit ensures that all clients have access to their practitioner and also ensures the personalized and thorough care we promise.

Our basic Premier Wellness Screening is $1400. If indicated, certain imaging tests (as detailed on our Premier Wellness Screening checklist) are performed at our VIP sister imaging facility for an additional fee.
